Arm pull

Arm pull The arm pull is one of the traditional tug-of-war games in which raw strength determines the the outcome of the competitors. The objective of the arm pull is the same as the head pull.

The two competitors begin by sitting face to face and then lock either their right arm or left arm together near the elbow area. No movement is allowed to generate momentum prior to the execution of the of the actual pulling. Upon signal both players lean back and begin pulling backward.

Arm pull

The match ends when one of the competitors opens up their pulling arm, or is pulled out of position. The winner continues on in the competition facing other winners in an elimination style tournament until there is one ultimate winner.
