Kneel jump
The object of the kneel jump is jump forward from the kneeling position and land on your feet while maintaining your balance.
The kneel jump competition begins with the player kneeling behind the start line, sitting on his or her knees and with his or her feet pointed backwards. The player then takes off from that position by thrusting his or her body up and forward.
Each player is allowed three attempts and each jump will be be considered successful if the player lands on both feet in the squat position and with his or her arms forward. A player shall be eliminated if they fail to maintain their balance upon completing the jump.
The player who jumps the greatest distance is declared the winner.
